Program only applies to Carrier equipment and must be in good working condition at the time of contract purchase. The equipment must have maintenance performed yearly through a regular preventative maintenance plan. Regardless of the contract purchase date, the contract starts on the same date as the equipment install date. Only applies to residential locations. Service is subject to availability.
